Trainer

Kevin’s goal is to help busy people feel fit, happy, and healthy in the simplest way possible. He started training because he was once overweight and did not feel well physically or mentally. After making a major change and feeling the benefits, he wants to help others feel the same. Kevins hobbies outside of the gym include running and watching anime. His favorite food is Sushi!

Denver

New Client Specialist

Denver is passionate about helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. A former varsity basketball captain, she combines her leadership skills with her personal fitness journey. Having lost 40 pounds through better nutrition and strength training, Denver continues to push herself physically by training for marathons, Hyrox, and other endurance challenges. She brings Southern hospitality and a genuine commitment to building confidence in clients who are new to the gym environment. Denver ensures every client at OTG Fitness feels supported, educated, and equipped to build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

Justin

Fitness Director

Justin is a highly motivated and results-oriented personal trainer. His fitness journey began in the US Army and that carried over into a career in fitness. He is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals so they can live happier and healthier lives. Justin enjoys doing bodybuilding shows because the journey is demanding not only physically, but mentally as well. This experience fosters empathy for his clients facing challenges. Justin’s dedication and expertise make him an ideal trainer for anyone looking to transform their physique and improve their overall well-being.

Ian

Trainer

Ian is passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential, both physically and mentally. With six years dedicated to powerlifting, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients. Ian’s holistic approach to fitness emphasizes the connection between mind and body, helping clients achieve their physical goals while also cultivating a sense of well-being. When he’s not guiding clients on their fitness journeys, Ian enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and rock climbing and expanding his horizons through reading.

Sarah’s passion for fitness ignited five years ago when she embarked on her own transformative journey.
