My experience at OTG has been exceptional! Each trainer is so personable, and makes me feel welcome every time I walk into the gym. The workouts have been enjoyable, and now I am always excited to go to the gym (which hasn’t always been the case for me in the past). It’s a very supportive and encouraging environment. Both my husband Mike Allen and I go to OTG. We started going in May 2024. We really like their technology for scheduling sessions, the equipment selection, and the staff. The trainers really push and encourage us. We also like the variety of workouts so it never gets dull. We actually look forward to going. I think we’ve made a lot of progress. I would highly recommend this gym for private or semi private personal training. We chose semi private training.

I have been going to OTG for about 2 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed it!! I started as a total beginner and pretty intimidated by the larger gyms. I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed at OTG! The staff is amazing and they all take the time to guide you through workouts, especially if you’re struggling with something specific. You can also tell each staff member really knows what they’re talking about and teaching. 10s all around!!!
