Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-Private Personal Training brings all the same benefits of a 1-1 Personal Training session at half the cost. Every client goes through a 1-1 onboarding phase to create the perfect program before starting Semi Private Sessions that have a maximum of 4 clients at a time.

Private Personal Training

Private Personal Training guarantees 1-1 time with a personal trainer. Our private clients still go through the same onboarding procedure to set up for long term success.
