“Both my husband Mike Allen and I go to OTG. We started going in May 2024. We really like their technology for scheduling sessions, the equipment selection, and the staff. The trainers really push and encourage us. We also like the variety of workouts so it never gets dull. We actually look forward to going. I think we’ve made a lot of progress. Justin is a highly motivated and results-oriented personal trainer. His fitness journey began in the US Army and that carried over into a career in fitness. He is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals so they can live happier and healthier lives. Justin enjoys doing bodybuilding shows because the journey is demanding not only physically, but mentally as well. This experience fosters empathy for his clients facing challenges. Denver is passionate about helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. A former varsity basketball captain, she combines her leadership skills with her personal fitness journey. Having lost 40 pounds through better nutrition and strength training, Denver continues to push herself physically by training for marathons, Hyrox, and other endurance challenges. She brings Southern hospitality and a genuine commitment to building confidence in clients who are new to the gym environment. Kevin’s goal is to help busy people feel fit, happy, and healthy in the simplest way possible. He started training because he was once overweight and did not feel well physically or mentally.
